Learn more about Ikon here: https://ikon.edu.au/about/. About the roleThe Academic Lead/Head of School is responsible for the academic leadership and delivery of Ikon’s social work and community services courses, including teaching and learning design and quality, assessment, academic integrity and misconduct, student engagement, and academic progression.The initial focus of the role is course development, accreditation and managing the development of learning resources. Post-accreditation, the focus will shift to academic delivery (including teaching), academic management, team leadership and industry engagement. This role will also provide administrative and coordination support, as well as develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation.
