About the roleThe Executive Dean is responsible for providing inspirational, innovative, and enterprising leadership across all aspects of the institute, including academics and operations. The Executive Dean leads the management of quality outcomes regarding course design, teaching and learning, student enrolments and student performance, student support services, and meeting regulatory and professional standards. As a senior member of the Ikon team, the Executive Dean contributes to the corporate vision, mission, and goals, and their implementation across the business and the Group Acting in accordance with the policies and procedures of Ikon and the Group, the Executive Dean will be a key representative of the CEO and Ikon to the external community, in particular to the professions and disciplines that Ikon services.
