You have high attention to details, can think strategically as well as is able to deliver operational responsibilities in a changing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Experience  Provide expert advice, guidance and support to students in-person (at the front desk) and online (via email/Zendesk) concerning the administrative aspects of their studies with Ikon Process student enquiries and requests regarding changes to enrolment, changes to timetable, course withdrawals, recognition of prior learning, student forms and documentation, and special considerations Respond to and work to resolve student complaints  Process tuition fee and other payments from students in collarboration with the finance team Issue student cards & other official student documentation Maintain student database, ensuring accurate and complete records are entered  Send out individual and bulk student communications  Manage formal and informal student events and activities on campus including orientation and graduation  Regularly review and provide feedback on work aides and instructions     Finalise student enrolments including preparing testamurs and transcripts Attend and contribute to regular team meetings Actively contribute to Ikon student retention including through evaluation and reporting on student and alumni online surveys Participate in the continuous improvement of the Student Experience function Campus Operations Manage day-to-day operations of the campus  Ensure classrooms and kitchens are set up, cleaned, and maintained to a high standard  Liaise with service providers and building management to coordinate the maintenance and repairs of facilities Providing general office support including but not limited to arranging couriers, catering, and ordering stationery If requested, be the Health and Safety Representative for the campus, including completion of First Aid and Fire Warden Training (at Ikon’s cost) Education, Experience and Skills:One (1) or more years of experience in a similar role within an education provider preferredCompletion of a relevant Diploma qualification or higher preferredDemonstrable organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise to ensure successful completion of all responsibilities and tasksDemonstrated experience working with student management systems, learning management systems and customer service systems preferred Outstanding customer service skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively, with proactive work habits with a demonstrated eye for detailIT literacy particularly the Microsoft Office environment Why work with Ikon?Work-life balanceTraining and development opportunitiesA positive culture and fun team Diversity & Inclusion We celebrate our diversity and strive to reflect contemporary Australian society in order to better serve our students.
